This camp is taught over Zoom. Please have a device ready with access to wifi. If you do not have a device available please let us know. When taking online classes please let your coaches know what you need. Have water nearby and wear comfortable exercise clothes. We will have a collection of the materials that you will need to pick up before starting camp.
