Terms and conditions for (SR) Birthday Party - 2hrs, up to 20

1. All guests (children and adults) must sign a studio waiver. Please provide Wise Fool with a guest list (first and last name of youth and first and last name of their parent) so we can have waivers ready for the participants to sign.
2. Please ask participants to dress appropriately for circus. This means leggings or other stretchy pants with no zippers (which can tear the fabrics) and sneakers or other closed-toe, flat shoes if the participants will be doing stilt-walking.
3. Party guest limit is 20 participants (that does not include parents or siblings too young to participate). If extra participants come, you will be charged $15 per participant. If parents plan to actively participate, please include them in your guest list.
4. Absolutely no food or drink is allowed in the main studio.
5. No shoes in the main studio except when participants are engaging in unicycling or stilt-walking. Shoes are fine in the office/art room.
6. Party hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the party start time to set up food/decorations. Clean up must be completed within 20 minutes of party end time.
7. You are financially responsible for ANY damage (beyond ordinary wear/tear) to Wise Fool equipment or the Wise Fool space. This includes vandalism, staining, and other cosmetic damage. If we see that damage has occurred we will notify you, inform you of the cost, and charge the credit card on file.
8. Decorations are welcome, but may not be hung in any way that creates holes or marks on the walls or other surfaces. ALL DECORATIONS must be removed by the party hosts.
9. Host is welcome to use the microwave and refrigerator for the duration of the party, but all food/drink must be removed from the refrigerator after the party.
10. Unless you have opted to pay the cleaning fee, YOU are responsible for a thorough cleaning of the art room. This includes:
a. cleaning all counters
b. sweeping and mopping of the art room
c. depositing all trash/recycling in the appropriate containers and taking trash out to the outside trash can
d. removing all decorations
e. taking home all food/drink and other items brought to the studio.
11. The office is off-limits to all participants and guests. If something is needed from the office, please ask a teacher. The party host is responsible for any damage to office equipment.
12. The loft is off-limits to all participants and guests.
13. No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the main studio.
14. No alcohol or drugs are permitted in the space. Smoking can only occur 15 feet away from the main entrance, and/or the garage door if it is open.
