(AC) SERIES: Trapeze & Lyra

Trapeze is the quintessential circus discipline, and a great way to build strength and coordination for other aerial apparatuses. Aerial hoop, also known as lyra, is another metal apparatus that offers many translatable techniques.

Class includes a dynamic warm-up, floor exercises, aerial vocabulary, technique, and conditioning on both static trapeze & lyra in a supportive, non-competitive environment. The series-based lesson plan builds upon previous classes!
