Join us for a 2 hour Dance Trapeze workshop taught by Clara.
Dance Trapeze is rigged using a single point on a swivel - so unlike Static Trapeze, it spins! We'll work on sequences, spins, circles and swings using bars at different heights from quite low to the floor to overhead.
All levels welcome.
